Need a fun science activity to challenge your students? Look no further than this escape room activity. Escape rooms are a fun way to teach the 5th Grade Science TEKS while encouraging collaboration, problem solving, and critical thinking. Students will work together to turn their teacher back to normal from a winged-creature. (See the mission below)
This escape room contains 5 stations with 4 questions each station (20 questions total). Students must answer the 4 questions and use the decoder to decipher out the code. They type the codes into a Google Form to move onto the next station. The final page will give them a verification code to complete their escape.

The mission...
In science class, you are studying adaptations when all of a sudden your teacher’s arms turn into wings. This adaptation allows the teacher to fly, but they can’t grasp anything.
