Here is a simple math activity to give you feedback or allow students to practice area and perimeter of squares and rectangles. A valuable 4th grade math skill.
This activity contains 2 Google Forms on finding the area and perimeter of rectangles. Each Google Form has the same 12 problems depending on how you want to administer it to your students. Students can work it out on notebook paper or a whiteboard before typing in the answers.

The area problems go up to 2-digit by 2-digit multiplication.
Format 1: Quiz/Graded
In this format, students work out the problems and type in the answer to the Google Form. At the end, they press submit and the answers are sent to the teacher, who can see them in Google Sheets in an easy format that gives their score. No grading necessary!
Format 2: Practice
With this format, students must get the answer correct to move onto the next problem. This forces them to catch their mistakes.
